A. SHIPPING INFORMATION

We only ship to the countries listed below by default. Shipping is done by DHL by default. The respective shipping costs can be found in the listing below.

If you wish shipping to another country, please write us an e-mail (store (at) b2l (punkt) group) and tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then let you know at short notice whether we can ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs.

I. Shipping within Germany

For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of 6,95 € per order. From a gross order value of 80,00 € we ship free of charge.

II. shipping abroad

We deliver to the following countries: (shipping costs are shown at the countries). From a gross order value of 300,00 € we ship free of charge. The delivery times differ from the delivery times within Germany and are indicated next to the shipping costs per country. Deliveries to Switzerland are made via the website: www.bag-to-life.ch

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).    

B. PAYMENT INFORMATION

I. National shipments

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

For deliveries abroad we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

III. detailed information about the individual payment options

Delivery on account: we have assigned our receivables to PayPal (Europe) S.àr.l. et Cie,S.C.A. within the framework of a current factoring contract. Payments with debt-discharging effect can only be made to PayPal (Europe) S.àr.l. et Cie, S.C.A.. Upon receipt of the invoice, you shall transfer the amount payable by you to the bank account specified in the invoice within the payment period specified in the invoice. No discount will be granted.

Payment via PayPal: Pay via the payment service provider PayPal and use the information stored in your PayPal customer account without having to re-enter your payment information. For more information on payment via PayPal, please visit https://www.paypal-deutschland.de/privatkunden/.

Payment in advance: Pay in advance within 3 business days to the account specified in the invoice / order confirmation. The ordered goods will be shipped after receipt of payment. 

Terms of payment, late payment

1. the payment takes place after choice of the customer by prepayment, calculation or PayPal. B2L GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to limit the payment methods between which a Customer may choose, depending on the order value, shipping region or other factual criteria. The delivery includes the invoice.

2. as far as the method of payment chosen by the Customer is not feasible despite contractual execution on the part of B2L GmbH & Co. KG is not feasible, in particular due to lack of funds in the Customer's account or due to the provision of incorrect data, the Customer shall notify B2L GmbH & Co. KG or the third party commissioned by it with the processing of the order to reimburse the additional costs incurred as a result thereof.

3. B2L GmbH & Co. KG is entitled to use the services of trustworthy third parties for the processing of payments:

a) In the event of default in payment by the Customer, B2L GmbH & Co. KG may assign its claims to a collection agency and transfer the personal data required to process payment to this third party.

b) In the event of the involvement of third parties in the processing of payments, the payment shall only be deemed to have been made in relation to B2L GmbH & Co. KG, the payment shall only be deemed to have been made when the amount has been made available to the third party in accordance with the contract, so that the third party can dispose of it without restriction. 4.

4 No cash discount shall be granted.

5. in the case of orders for design services from B2L GmbH & Co. KG shall generally be subject to advance payment.

6. in the event of default in payment of a not insignificant part of the invoice amount or if the payment claim of B2L GmbH & Co. KG if it becomes apparent after conclusion of the contract that a claim to counter-performance is jeopardized by a lack of ability to pay on the part of the other party within the meaning of §321 of the German Civil Code (BGB), B2L GmbH & Co. KG shall be entitled to demand immediate payment of all claims.

7. the assertion of further claims due to delay in payment remains reserved to B2L GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to assert further claims.
