Can I order without a customer account?

Of course, you can also order from us without a customer account. However, if you would like to view your orders at any time and stay up-to-date on news, we recommend creating a customer account.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

If you would like to change or cancel your order retrospectively, please contact us by email or telephone. We will then check as quickly as possible whether an adjustment is still possible.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, credit card, purchase on account, Apple Pay, and prepayment.

How much is shipping?

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the destination country of your order. You can find approximate delivery times on our "Shipping & Payment" page. Within Germany, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return an item?

If you wish to return an item from your order, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to register your return with us. You will bear the costs of the return shipment yourself. All details and the exact procedure can be found on our "Cancellation" page.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days from the day your order arrived to register your return with us. You then have another 14 days to send the return to us.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

When will I get my money back?

Once your return has been received by us, we will inspect the goods. We will then refund the amount within 14 days using the original payment method.
